This location is saving us. We broke down in Chesterfield MO. We are 2000 miles from home now living in a car a hauler in the walmart parking lot. Out of the 10 we called no one would touch our truck. We were told bring it in an we will get it done. They have bent over backwards for us locating a transmission. Spent hours finding the part. Expidited it to get us on our way again. This is the kind of customer service we should all strive for. I highly recommend this business for their integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. Amazing service. It is the two year Anniversary of being broken down. This company and the wonderful people here that saved us on a breakdown. I can let you know this group will do everything in their power to get you back up and running. Their integredy is above all others. I would highly recommend them if you need help. Thank you again. Manager Stanton Martin you are the best. I had a wonderful excellent experience with true honesty of great professional customer service. I appreciate everything with all the options and opinions was so helpful making sure customer services is definitely a #1 priority making sure when a customer explains of the issue is being heard was very important to me to taken action in resolving the issue. Made my welcoming relaxed and comfortable to know the company cares about your concerns and not all about the money. Making sure the issue of the problem to not have as much worries. It took one phone call to show how independent with the positivity with manager has spoke his greatness of details was awesomely explained with supportive kindness. With meeting face to face to see what the issue was breath taking much more positive moments. It was a honor to have a great customer experience with all services being met to always have that trust to keep with the team in all was awesome with great work ethic.
